Who controls it
AssureDeck is a pre-incorporation professional-service brand operated from the Republic of Korea. The contracting operator's verified legal identity is provided before any paid engagement.
What stays local
Answers in the free 20-signal readiness check stay in your browser. They are not submitted, stored, attached to the contact form, or included in funnel counts.
Public readiness API
The optional public readiness API processes only documented signal IDs and yes, partial, or no values. AssureDeck's application does not persist those answer objects or add them to funnel counts. Do not send names, contact details, confidential information, or any other fields; unsupported fields are rejected. For burst control, the worker briefly keeps a per-isolate client key made with a random salt and one-way hash; neither the raw address nor the key is written to AssureDeck's database. The hosting provider may still process standard request metadata as described below.
Anonymous funnel counts
The public site increments daily totals for page views, paid-offer clicks, form starts, and successful form submissions. It stores only the UTC day, approved page path, event type, selected offer, and count. AssureDeck's analytics code and counter database do not set or read cookies or store raw IP addresses, user-agent strings, referrers, query strings, session IDs, or visitor IDs. Each event is immediately folded into an approved counter, and no counter key links to an individual lead. A successful-form count is added only after a non-privacy scope request is accepted and stored.
What the form stores
If you submit a scope brief, AssureDeck stores the company or individual name, work email, selected request type, request details, review deadline, any notes you submit, consent record, submission time, and a one-way daily anti-abuse identifier. Raw IP addresses and user-agent strings are not stored in the AssureDeck application database.
Why it is used
The information is used only to assess, secure, and respond to your request, prepare requested pre-contract steps, and maintain a minimal record of the conversation. It is not sold or added to an unrelated marketing list.
Storage and retention
The form is hosted on the same AssureDeck site and stored in its managed database. Unqualified or closed form records are targeted for deletion after 180 days. Contract records may be retained longer where required for security, tax, dispute, or legal obligations.
Hosting security
The managed hosting and security provider may process standard request metadata and use security cookies to deliver the site, prevent abuse, and keep operational logs under its platform controls. Those provider records are separate from AssureDeck's anonymous funnel-counter database.
Your choices
Do not submit credentials, source code, customer data, health information, or confidential files. To request access, correction, or deletion, choose “Privacy request” in the same scope form and describe the request.
Submitting the form is not consent to receive unrelated marketing. This notice will be updated if the service's legal structure, processors, measurement, or data use changes.
